As a an Executive/Corporate Coach and Energy Leadership - Master Practitioner I help individuals and organisations to become competent enough to rise to high levels both in their careers and personal lives.

In the executive area I help executives, Senior Managers and high potential Managers to develop as true leaders in organizations. Much of my work is focused on helping them to raise their consciousness by recover their authentic style of leadership, perform all their tasks with excellence and satisfaction and to have global impact.

In the corporate area, I help employees to be highly engaged on work, to be masters on clear communication, to set proper planning and time management, to handle conflict situations, to inspire with a positive mental attitude.

Also, I work as a facilitator as start-ups, SME’s, when there is a need for achieving the best winning scenario aligning the values, mission and vision.

My role as a professional coach

My aim is to facilitate my client’s awareness of what they want to achieve in their role, what is holding them back, discovering the core beliefs, broaden their perspectives and achieve extraordinary results.

Trained at the best world known coaching Institute, iPEC UK, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, I also incorporate my previous working experience with ten years in project management in European projects and exchanges, almost five years in cultural executive management, where building great teams, developing others potentials, fostering high energy relationships were my strongest assets.
